Circa 1900, with Onyx shutters having Turquoise Blue Enamel Floral borders inside the frame edges with engraving in Gold, the shutters are fitted to the main frame with heavy casted and chiseled palm leaf patterns and two large handles in the shape of palm leaves, the bottom portion of the frame is depicting a jungle scene with two hunters on Horse back, hunting wild Boars with spears. The top cornice has the face of a Boar with sprays of palm leaves. The inside enamel work is extremely fine quality with engravings. The frame is resting on an easel shaped stand which has a locking device and is foldable. Probably made by "Faberge Jewellers" for some Indian Royalty.
