VERY FINE & IMPRESSIVE SOUTH-INDIAN SILVER PAAN BOX

Circa 1860, in the shape of a betel leaf, heavily embossed with four Lions on either side of the box lids, surrounded by heavy foliage and flowers, the box is fitted with a chain and a scissor for trimming the betel leaf.
