AN IMPRESSIVE JOALHARIA STERLING SILVER DINNER & CANTEEN SERVICE, Lisbon, c. 1890 comprising a collection of eleven dinner plates with gadrooned border and initialed DC in each plate, twelve gold gilded bowls with gadrooned rim, three different types of forks, four different types of knives and five different types of spoons all twelve in numbers, and twenty different serving forks, knives, spoons, ladle, and tongs, all elaborately embossed and carved with acanthus leaves and scalloped pattern handles, stamped and marked for Joalharia silver.187 pieces in all.
