A Very Fine Pahari School Miniature painting of Lord MAHAVEERA, The 24th and last Jain Tirthankra seated on the Throne flanked by two attendants holding Whiskers with a Tiger seated in the front. The bottom portion of the painting depicts Sri Gowtam Swamiji, along with the Paduka of Sri Dadaji under a Canopy, A Circular Tantric Navpadji with a Tirthankra in the centre followed by a painting of Sri Chakkeshwari Devi seated on a Lotus. This very rare combination and unusually fine quality of Miniature painting is profusely embellished with fine Gold and real Basara Pearls.

SILVER DOOR
A very fine Silver covered wooden door with elaborate silver repousse with viewing grill, The front of the door is flanked by two intricately carved and heavily embossed Goddess Lakshmi standing on a floating Lotus with four hands holding Lotus flowers at the bottom of the viewing grills, and at top a pair of Celestial Devdasis holding Flower Garlands on either side of the viewing grill which has a pair of Peacock. The entire frame of the door is engraved and chased with running creeper and flowers. The centre of the door panel has the inscription written in Hindi as “ Shri Adinath Jain Temple Chickpet Bangalore, Samwat 2027 silver weight kilo 14.040 ” The reverse of the door is profusely engraved and at the bottom of the viewing grill are two similar patterns of shield flanked by profuse foliage and flowers.

Parcel Gilt Silver Double Shutter Door with a Viewing ( for Darshan ) grill, worked with elaborate silver repousse and deeply embossed and engraved with a pair of Dwarpals ( Guards ) on both the bottom shutters, with inner shutter engraved with intricate foliage pattern with pairs of Peacock perched between the foliage. A Stained Teakwood intricately hand carved Ceiling panel and Cornices with a central Lotus dome to suspend Chandelier. The Cornice has scrolling leaves intercepted with flowers, The flat panels running parallely to the Cornice are elaborately hand carved with creeper profusely bearing Roses and foliage. The Decorative beading surrounding the Central Lotus in the shape of a star is intricately carved in the pattern of a protruding Rose Garland. The central dome is in the form of a reverse Lotus the petals of which are in the shape of a scrolling leave.
