The octagonal Base is carved into instruments of Music and Garlands above that is baluster in form of Lotus Petals. From this Lotus emerges a Octagonal Band with a foliage pattern Garlands, on which is supported a fluted column with a band of flowing flowers garlands and a larger square four sided Cornice with foliage and reversed Lotus forming base for the Arches and Marble Statues to rest.
