SIR ALLAN ARTHUR TAYLOR (1864-1940) Hotch-Potch & Kedgeree, being mainly Sir Allan Arthur's personal experiences in the "Land of Humour" in Scotland, India and elsewhere with a few non-original but perfectly fresh chestnuts. Also a number of caricatures and sketches by Mr. F. C. Macrae and others, Calcutta & Simla: Thacker, Spink & Co., 1916, 137 pp + 25 tipped-in sepia plates and a large number of caricatures. Most of the contents are on India. Title-page states that All profits from sale are given to H. E. Lady Carmichael's Bengal Women's War Fund, signed by author Allan Arthur on second free endpaper. Deakin], Calcutta & Simla: Thacker, Spink & Co., no date but c. 1920, Second Edition, sky blue wrappers with a cartoon on cover, pp. 53 with each page carrying a full-page caricature in the style of the British artist of impossible inventions William Heath Robinson.
