A Long Anatolian Kilim

A Long Anatolian Kilim, probably from the Konya region, early 20th C. A bold long kilim with a design of six large hexagons, each surrounded on the perimeter with birdheads and filled with what appear to be crabs, birdheads, and compressed flowers. A single major border filled with snakes, and diamonds containing umbrella or flowerbud like elements. Oblique wrapped ends. 11 ft 10 in by 4 ft 5 in
