Silent Bids Form

All prospective Bidders who wish to participate in the Silent Bids auction are requested to fill in the details below in full and submit the form for us to acknowledge your Bid. If we require further details or if you are required to pay an earnest deposit we will let you know.

PLEASE NOTE:

This form will be accepted provided all relevant details are complete and satisfactory as per our verification.
Please submit a Bid Amount keeping in mind the Estimates of the Lot. Very Low Bids or Bids that do not meet the Reserve Price will not be considered.
If your bid amount meets/exceeds the Reserve or is higher than the ongoing bids received from other bidders at the time, and still lower than your Maximum Bid amount, we will obtain the Lot at the lowest possible price, less than the value of your Maximum Bid.
The submitted bid is binding and cannot be retracted as per the Terms & Conditions of Sale. Buyers Premium & Taxes will be extra as applicable
The winning bid will be announced to the successful bidder after the close of the auction. In case there is a tie, the bid received first will be taken as the winning bid or we might request you to revise your bid.
