FARHAD HUSAIN (B. 1975)

Farad Husain turns the home into a circus where the theatre meets reality and the domestic space becomes a proscenium for an absurd play.
His images of celebration and of the complex joint family structure in India are produced with flat colours. Husain bases his works on human relationships and complexities around it. Humor and sarcasm is very much part of his imagery where his characters enact a drama connected with everyday activity.
