Details
Sachida Nagdev on this work - “My painting shows the human spirit that rises after the destruction. It is a triptych painting. The left side is a depiction of an earthquake which is in grim, grey and black colours. The horror and grief. The middle eternal flute player. The third part shows reconstruction. I have particularly made this thinking of Japan. The rising sun, the blossom of trees and the rising pagoda. All show reconstruction and the undaunted human sprit. The resurrection”
